Mead of the rose countess

Maria Henrieta Mead was created by maceration of rose petals in the flower honey mead from the surrounding meadows and groves near Dolná Krupá. Rose petals are gathered exclusively with feminine fingers on a sunny morning when they were sprinkled with fresh dew. They tore them very sparingly to protect the pink oil, which "pat the soul, chase away the sadness and calm the mind."
