The drink is made using a unique technology of collecting natural carbon dioxide containing aromatic esters, which is created during the fermentation of our meads.

The production uses a unique system of carbon dioxide capture technology, CO2, which is produced during the production of mead. In this way, we can significantly reduce the carbon footprint on the environment in the conditions of our company. The captured gas is of purely natural origin, and therefore, along with its aroma and delicious taste, it has a much higher qualitative and ecological value than regular food CO2, produced as an intermediate product from oil and ammonia.
