APIMED company was established in 1998 as an accomplishment of a long-standing breeding activity, whose  beginnings go back to 1982. Besides its own production of honey and bee products, the company also has a built-up a supplying network of producers - beekeepers within the whole of Slovakia including ecologically the most purest regions regions.

APIMED company, with its quality and the number of processed bee honey and produced mead, took one of the foremost places within the whole of the SR. A significant part of the sale of the company makes the export, first of all to the CZech Republic, Poland, Germany and Austria.

A high quality of manufactured goods is guaranteed by introducing the HACCP system and the management quality system ISO 9001:2000 as well as the purchase of modern technological equipment,so the division fulfils  
the strictest criteria demanded from the food processing industry. 

APIMED outlets

The company, besides supplying of wholesale and retail networks, operates its 3 own retail outlets with the trade name "APIMED".

In the centre of Trnava in Stefanikova street 44 , in Bratislava in the markethall at  Trnavské mýto (I floor) and v in the division in Dolná Krupá we sell the whole range of our products including beekeeping equipment. Beside them we offer cosmetics on the basis of bee products, candles from bee wax, propolis ointments and tincture, nourishing complements from pollen , honey and mother pulp.

Beehouse set

A part of the company is a beehouse with low adjusted beehouses, whose production is processed together with other purchased honey. It is actually the predecessor and the founder of the present company and it takes a honorary and indispensable place within the company
